Janhawi Patil joined our team on 7/1/26. She is a high school junior with a strong interest in the medical field and has witnessed burnout occur at different stages of life. She feels closely aligned with Beat the Burnout, LLC’s mission to break the cycle of burnout among healthcare professionals because she believes that those who care for others should also have the resources available to care of themselves. She is excited to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact during her time with Beat the Burnout, LLC.
