Beat the Burnout, LLC is a wellness coaching company dedicated to helping healthcare professionals and other high-achieving individuals prevent burnout, improve well-being, and build healthier, more meaningful lives. We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Client Engagement Intern to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing, communications, psychology, public health, business, healthcare, or digital media. The intern will play a key role in expanding our online presence, engaging potential clients, and supporting outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Assist with development of educational posts, blogs, reels, infographics, and wellness-related content.
Help grow online communities and increase audience engagement.
Conduct outreach to healthcare professionals, organizations, and community groups.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter development.
Support client recruitment and lead generation efforts.
Track social media analytics and recommend strategies for growth.
Research trends related to wellness, burnout prevention, physician well-being, and professional development.
Assist with website content updates and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms.
Interest in wellness, healthcare, coaching, psychology, or public health.
Basic graphic design skills
Self-motivated, organized, and creative.
Experience with Squarespace, email marketing, or social media management is a plus but not required.

Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible (5–10 hours/week)
Compensation: Volunteer, academic credit, or stipend based on qualifications and availability.
Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for extension.
